All orders take approximately 21 working days to complete depending on the complexity of the kit ordered. Everything is made to order unless otherwise stated by us over email. We offer a 21 day returns policy, so long as the parts ordered have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition. An order can be returned for a refund or replacement if it is manufactured incorrectly or is supplied by our own mistake for the incorrect model year of bike, check which bike model you own before ordering by emailing us. Orders that include one off engraving, alterations from stock parts specific to your project or any other alteration specifically done for your project cannot be returned. Return postage cost is paid by you the customer. We are not liable for any costs incurred whilst you are fitting the kit. All parts must be fitted by a fully qualified mechanic at a professional motorcycle trade workshop. Do not dismantle your bike until you have the parts delivered. When you order a top yoke, please make sure it is the correct part for your motorcycle. If in doubt, please ask!
International shipping times vary from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on courier/customs and your own countries internal postal system. The customer is responsible for any import/customs charges on delivery.NOTE: Assume all Top Yoke kits require modifications to the bodywork – but lots don’t, like many GSXR’s/SV650/SV1000/SOME YZF R1’s etc – please check if any adjustments are needed before modifying bodywork.
